Unequaled baking uniformity with minimal operator effort.

The Baxter Revolving Tray Oven features a unique balance of revolving trays and radiant heat transfer for the most uniform bake available—all with very little operator effort.

Controls are designed for ease of use. Buttons are located in the center of the baking sill to allow rotation of baking trays in either direction for loading and unloading. The gas control system is accessible from the oven front. Digital controls or optional AutoStart controls allow precise management of settings, tray position and cooking time. An optional Hi/Low burner* helps further increase the balance in oven temperature.

The loading door is positioned for clear visibility into the bake chamber without stretching or stooping. Two full-height service doors provide unobstructed access to all vital oven components.

Installation and troubleshooting are just as simple.
When the revolving tray oven is turned on, a six-minute purge cycle automatically eliminates excess gas. A quick-view oven status display simplifies troubleshooting, letting the operator pinpoint any problems by number. So you or your service technician can easily identify and solve the specific problem.

The revolving tray oven is also designed for easy installation. The oven front arrives pre-assembled and the oven itself is shipped knocked-down in quick-assembly modules. Easy-access utility connections and a single-point exhaust ventilation system further ease installation.

*Not available with AutoStart option.

It's as versatile as you want it to be.

Quality construction, reliable operation.

The stainless steel design of the revolving tray oven is attractive from both a visual and durability standpoint. The window in the insulated loading door is standard, letting operators and customers watch as your products come to life. The loading door slides upward, out of the way, to expose a full-width 12"-high opening for loading and unloading.

When the revolving tray oven is first turned on, a six-minute purge cycle automatically begins in order to eliminate excess gas. There is an emergency stop panel for added safety.

A quick-view oven status display simplifies troubleshooting, letting the operator pinpoint any problems. So you or your service technician can easily identify and solve the specific problem.

Efficient for cooking and for costs.

The revolving tray oven not only lets you bake with unparalled uniformity, but it also helps you do so efficiently. The combination of tray rotation and radiant heat transfer maximizes the cost advantages associated with gas heat.

A single-point exhaust ventilation system reduces construction and installation costs. Baxter Revolving Tray Ovens are equipped with a filtered hood suitable for Type I or Type II installation.

During operation, double-insulated wall panels fit together with a tongue-and-groove design minimize heat loss.
